Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions: This is an online only auction. All bidders must register for a username and password. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. The bidder is responsible for all activity that occurs using their username and password. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. All bidders must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction. All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. The auction will end using a soft close. The items will begin to close every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of auction close the time will extend out 2 minutes. This will prevent sniping. Bidders may enter their maximum bid amount and the system will automatically bid for you starting at the lowest bid increment and continue in bid increments until your maximum bid has been reached, at that time you will need to bid again. Payment may be made with cash, check with 2 forms of ID, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Credit/Debit cards will be charged at auction end. If paying by cash or check , please notify us before auction end. Once an item has been picked up or shipped no refunds or charge backs will be granted. Indiana state sales tax of 7% will be charged and collected on all purchases. For sales tax exemption: a current ST-105 form must be provided by bidder. A 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged. Removal of items from The Consignment Barn building located at 1625 Killion Ave. Seymour, IN 47274 during scheduled pick up times only. All items not picked up or shipping arrangements made prior to close of scheduled pick up times will be subject to resale. Shipping is available for small and medium sized items. Your card will be charge immediately at the end of auction for the purchase price. After items are packed for shipping, there will be a second charge for shipping and packing cost. There is a minimum packing charge of $5.00 per box. For fragile items an additional packing fee will apply. If shipping is desired, please contact us to make arrangements before the close of scheduled pick up times. Please let us know if you want insurance on the package. Items purchased for $100 or more will be insured at buyer's expense. SHIPPING FOR PEDAL CAR ONLY: If shipping is desired, please contact the auctioneer. Shipping for the pedal car will be available through UPS. The pedal car will be taken to the UPS Store in Columbus, IN. UPS Store Phone #: 812-378-4777. Your contact information (name, phone # and email address) will be given to the UPS Store. You will receive an email from The Consignment Barn when your item has been delivered to the UPS Store. Please contact the UPS Store after you receive the email to discuss shipping options and make payment for shipping costs. . Your bidding privileges will be revoked, if you fail to pay for an item or pick up items. Bidding privileges may be reinstated once a valid credit card is on file that will be charged for purchases immediately at close of online auction. At pick up, the buyer will be responsible for packing their items, so please bring packing supplies. Items are located at The Consignment Barn building located at 1625 Killion Ave. Seymour, IN 47274. and may be picked up during these pick up dates and time: Friday 01/29/2021 between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM ESTand Saturday 01/30/2021 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST. If shipping is desired, please call 812-498-2871 to make arrangements before the close of scheduled pick up times. Shipping is available for small and medium sized items. Your card will be charged immediately at the end of auction for the purchase price. After items are packed for shipping, there will be a second charge for actual shipping and packing cost.
